2. Product Return for Wrong or Damaged Goods

If you received a wrong, damaged, or faulty product, we will offer a free return and a replacement at no charge or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Return Eligibility for Damaged/Wrong Goods:

  • Timeframe: You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Product Condition: The item must be returned in original condition with all packaging and accessories intact.
  • Proof: We require photos of the product and packaging showing any defects, damage, or wrong product received.

3. Exchange for Incorrect Size

You can request an exchange for the correct size if you received the wrong size.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and original, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Timeframe: You must request an exchange within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Proof: You must provide your order number and photos of the product, including size labels or tags.

How to Request an Exchange for Size:

4. Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Hygiene-sensitive products, such as swimwear, underwear, or accessories (unless damaged or defective)
  • Gift cards and e-gift cards
  • Digital products, such as downloadable files or e-books

5. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned or exchanged items.
